Australia is approximately 20 times the size of Japan.
In this great wilderness with bright sunshine, giant trees, pristine waters, beautiful clean air, and green pastures, our lamb move and feed freely. Government and private corporations continuously work closely together to maintain the beautiful environment and to produce the safest and healthiest lamb available.
After maturation period post processing, our lamb is sent fresh by air freight, and never frozen. We soon realized that sending fresh by air was the only solution to be able to deliver the same freshness you can experience in Australia.
To prevent toxic contamination of the soil, all fertilizers and water are recorded and tested regularly. There has never been an outbreak of Scrapie or Foot-and-mouth disease, and Australia is globally recognised as “disease free”.
Apart from environment control, to maintain the safety of the lamb, everything is monitored under a strict quality control system. Each lamb is tagged with digital tags for traceability, and records are kept to continue improvements. You can see why Australia is globally regarded as “safe”.
F2 lambs are a cross breed between an F1 sheep and sheep bred for meat. F1 sheep are a cross breed between sheep bred for wool and sheep bread for meat. Therefore, by cross breeding an F1 with a meat breed provides a stronger meat variety characteristic which provides customers with better meat color, recovery, and taste.
Lamb consists of the highest Carnitine levels out of all other red meats. Carnitine is essential to burn fat into energy. The burning of the fat lowers blood pressures and cholesterol levels to keep a healthy body.
Lamb fat has a melting point of 45C, higher than other meat products, so it is less digested and less absorbed in to the human body, making the lamb a very healthy food.
Lamb contains high levels of iron balanced with other essential vitamins that cannot be produced by the human body (vitamin B12, zinc, essential amino acids). By eating lamb, you can consume many of the vitamins that you may lack from an ordinary diet.
